Cybernooky.com guarantees the quality of all of its products. All products are visually inspected before being shipped. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any products. Any exchanges must first get authorization number. No exchanges will be accepted without one and the package will be returned to you if guidelines are not met. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, once tried on they can not be exchanged or returned. If product is defective or damaged upon receipt then contact us for return authorization within 3 days of receipt of item. Once authorization is given it must be sent back to us within 4 business days. Authorization Number must be on outside of package. Upon receipt of damaged product we will exchange at no addtional cost to you. (this refers to damaged goods only). All other exchanges you will be billed shipping and handling charges. NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

Cancellation of Orders.

If you wish to cancel your order it has to be cancelled within the same day. Once it is processed there is a $35.00 Cancellation fee imposed on all orders that are cancelled the next day.

*Non-pick-up of orders:* If you do not pick-up your order from the post office and the order is sent back to us, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, shipping is non-refundable Cybernooky guarantees the quality of all of its products.
